1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 987jl ("the Platform") and all persons who access, register with, or otherwise use the services made available through the website located at https://987jl.cam and any associated mobile interface (collectively, "the Platform").

987jl provides an online gaming platform offering live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, online bingo, and related gaming entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines and other jurisdictions where such services are lawful.

2 Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from 987jl or any associated platform.

The determination of eligibility is made by 987jl at its sole discretion. 987jl reserves the right to refuse service, close an account, or withhold funds if there are reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or have ceased to be met at any point.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 987jl, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. 987jl is not responsible for errors, losses, or service disruptions arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on 987jl. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected:

• All accounts associated with that individual will be suspended pending review;
• Any bonuses or promotional credits obtained through the duplicate accounts will be forfeited;
• Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded;
• 987jl may permanently ban the individual from the platform at its discretion.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 987jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

You must notify 987jl support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 987jl will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account upon notification. However, 987jl shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to your notification of unauthorized access.

You agree not to access or attempt to access another player's account, whether through technical means or by social engineering. Any such attempt will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5 Deposits and Payments

987jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven, and QR Ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 987jl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

By depositing funds into your 987jl account, you confirm that:

• The funds are legally owned by you and are not derived from criminal activity;
• You are using a payment method registered in your own name;
• You are not using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Deposits made in error may be reversed at 987jl's discretion. 987jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing reversals.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your 987jl account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider. 987jl reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative method if the original method is unavailable or incompatible with the withdrawal amount.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays or be unable to withdraw until verification is completed.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. Processing times are generally as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Processed within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to banking hours;
• Other methods: Processing times vary and will be communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.

987jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or a disputed transaction.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 987jl offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus terms applicable across all 987jl promotions include:

• Bonuses must be used before real-money funds unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage;

8 Gameplay Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 987jl will attempt to resolve the situation equitably. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, 987jl's decision on the outcome or refund of the affected wager is final.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 987jl system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after acceptance. 987jl reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of system errors, data feed failures, or pricing errors.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 987jl platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended features for financial gain;

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 987jl staff or other players through any communication channel;

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their funds held pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the platform. 987jl reserves the right to refer evidence of criminal conduct to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

987jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Detection of duplicate accounts;
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, or amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact 987jl support at any time. Account closure requests are effective immediately upon confirmation from the support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 987jl platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the platform without the prior written consent of 987jl.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 987jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 987jl specifically disclaims all liability for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity — participation is at your own risk;
• Third-party content, services, or payment processing issues outside the direct control of 987jl.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, 987jl's records — including server logs, game round data, and transaction records — shall be treated as authoritative evidence of the events that occurred on the platform.

16 Amendments to These Terms

987jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 987jl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
